Water Damage to a Commercial Garage, Sherman Oaks CA

This commercial job was lucky that their sub pump didn't leak for long because the damage could have been much larger. Thankfully their property manager was able to stop the pump so that SERVPRO of Encino/Sherman Oaks was able to come out and remove all the water from the garage. We are a large loss response team which allows us to respond to jobs on a larger scale that other companies might not be able to handle. Our technicians were able to quickly react and get there within an hour to help reopen the parking garage to the tenants.
