Water Heater Fire, Encino CA

This burned down condo unit was the rest of a water heater fire. The extent of the fire affected about ten units with fire, smoke, and soot damage. The after picture was taken about two months later, the HOA was thrilled with the results. The unit tenants felt as if they were moving into new condominiums. After working with the HOA we installed more fire extinguishers and talked about fire safety with the residents.
